The situation
Marketing teams planned launches backwards from fixed dates across several countries, using files and email threads.
What I did
- Built retro-planning templates and portfolios in Asana.
- Set up access groups and portfolio rules with the marketing leads.
- Onboarded the teams and documented the programme in Confluence.
The result
