Discuss this package

All prices exclude VAT. Licences are not included: SSO and provisioning on Atlassian require Atlassian Guard, and on Asana depend on your plan.

Why it pays off

Less admin, fewer licences, fewer risks.

Admin time back

Every access request handled by hand takes minutes of someone's day. Automated, it takes none.

Licences recovered

Inactive and departed users stop holding paid seats. The savings often cover a large part of the project.

No forgotten access

When someone leaves, their access goes with them. Audits become a report, not a project.

FAQ

IAM questions.

Do you work with Entra ID and Okta?

Yes, both, including groups synced to Entra ID from an on-premise Active Directory.

Which licences do we need?

On Atlassian, SSO and provisioning require Atlassian Guard. On Asana, they depend on your plan. I check this with you during scoping.

How long does it take?

Scoping takes a few days. Essential usually fits in one to two weeks, Complete in three to four, depending on your approvals and testing.

Will our users notice the switch?

Only by signing in with their usual company account. The rollout is tested on a pilot group first.

What happens after go-live?

Your team gets the documentation and a handover. If you want ongoing help, the maintenance plan covers access reviews and changes.
